Well, in fact, I currently work as a primary English teacher and it sort of comes with the package.
I haven't been to the U.S, who knows someday?
And for the record, your English is quite impeccable as well! I just won't have to ask how or where you've studied it since apparently the only place you haven't been yet is the moon...óuÔ take care there!
I see you are familiar with teaching...have you taught before?
I've been working with English academics and ESL
for the past 3 years.
It's a truly rewarding job but I would still rather
be working as a designer and I am currently studying to do so.
Yep, I am a TESOL teacher just like you, I guess. I've worked some here in Brazil at an American international high school and then in the middle east for an oil company preparing its college students for work in the field and petroleum-related job posts. I hope to be heading back there next month.
EFL and ESL is a great career choice for its flexibility, allowing you to both travel and keep the hobbies you're passionate about.
If you ever need any help (job related) let me know, man. I'd be happy to help.
Funny fact, I actually never really considered ESL that much, career wise.
Surely teaching is the way to go for those interested in travel, it must really provide a lot of freedom.
But do you have roots anywhere? What part of Brazil are you from?
